CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS:
IT Applications Administrator, Corning, NY
The Applications Administrator’s role in the IT department is to deploy, maintain, and support key business applications for the purpose of uninterrupted data processing to ensure quality, convenient and knowledgeable service to Credit Union members and the Credit Union team.
Responsibilities include, but is not limited to, ensuring high-availability of required applications, completing complex administrative tasks, understanding application design, architecture, and topology, understanding application features, performing application maintenance and upgrades, and working with vendors to understand application trends and resolve application issues, as required. Supported applications will include Symitar, FICS, Synergy, Image Center, OpCon, and others.
Competencies:
- Ability to understand how the core business applications relate to the Credit Union business and members
- Ability to think analytically and creatively to recognize patterns and problems, identify solutions, and create jobs and/or automation to enhance operations and resolve problems and challenges
- Advanced knowledge of administrative aspects of all required business applications
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives and how IT can support those goals/objectives
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, high-risk environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and 3+ years of experience required.
As a member of Corning Credit Union’s IT Infrastructure Department, you will be exposed to a wide variety of IT Technologies. We are a very tightly integrated and cross functional team.
Business Development Officer, Franklin County, PA
CCU is seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to leverage the power of CCU’s reputation to grow and expand market-share in Franklin County, PA.
The successful candidate will lead our market expansion efforts through use of their strategic planning, management, sales, and relationship skills. The Business Development Officer will call on and develop relationships with local businesses and consumers. This role will also foster and maintain relationships with existing members by proactively networking and representing CCU at community and business events.
A bachelor’s degree in business or other related field preferred. 5 plus years of experience in market development, sales, leadership, and networking required. Bank branch management experience is a plus!
Mortgage Originator, Franklin County, PA
CCU is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator who will play an integral role in growing our mortgage presence in Franklin County, PA.
Candidates must have prior experience originating mortgage loans and a thorough understanding of underwriting guidelines and industry regulations. Strong relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, or other referral sources are a must and strong communication, sales, service, and networking skills are also required.
3 or more years of experience in mortgage lending and portfolio/market expansion required. A bachelor’s degree in business or other related field preferred but not required.
Member Service Representative, Corning, NY
Corning Credit Union is seeking Member Service Representatives. This position requires an individual who has demonstrated a strong customer focus with the ability to provide quality service in a fast paced environment. Flexibility and constant interaction with others is the norm. The ability to be responsive to the members' needs and to find ways to go the extra step to serve them is an essential requirement. Good judgment and problem solving skills are also essential. Full-time and part-time positions available.
