Q: How do I sign up for All Axcess Checking?

A: It's easy! Sign up for a new All Axcess Checking account by calling us or
stopping by one of our branches. Or switch from an existing CCU checking
account and you can keep your current account number, checks, and check card!

Q: Will I be charged a fee if I fail to meet the monthly requirements?

A: Good news – there are never any penalty fees if you don’t meet the monthly
requirements! You just won’t receive your ATM fee refund that month.

Q: What transactions count as my monthly 12 credit or debit purchases?

A: Each debit or credit purchase you make with your CCU check card or
your Visa® card (either card or both cards totaled) counts as a transaction –
but ATM withdrawals and inquiries don't count towards the total.

Q: How do I get my ATM fees refunded?

A: With All Axcess, you'll get up to $30 in ATM reimbursements
(for fees charged by any ATMs you use nationwide) automatically
placed into your account at the end of each month if you meet
the requirements. It doesn’t get any easier than that!
