Welcome to CCU's Home Banking System!
Click on the tabs above to access detailed
information about what is included in that section
ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Balances:
- Shows account balance and available balance
- Shows loan balance, payment amount and payment due date
- Click "History" links to obtain detailed transaction history
- Click "Pay!" links to make a payment transfer
- Click account title to obtain dividend information and to change account title
- Click loan title to obtain detailed loan information
History:
- Select the account/loan you wish to view
- Select the history timeframe you would like to view
- When viewing the history for your checking account, clicking
on the "check number" link will display a copy of your cleared check (Please
allow 2 business days from the date the check cleared for check image availability.)
Check Search:
- Select your Share Draft Account
- Key in the check number you are searching for
- Once your results are displayed, clicking on the check number will display
a copy of your cleared check (Please
allow 2 business days from the date the check cleared for check image availability.)

ACCOUNT TRANSACTIONS
Transfers:
- Select the "from" account
- Select the "to" account
- If you are transferring to another member account number (cross member transfer),
an additional drop-down menu will appear once you click the "Continue" button, where
you can select the specific account within that member account number
Add Certificate:
You can open a certificate immediately by transferring from another of
your Credit Union accounts.
- To agree to the terms and conditions of the certificate disclosure, click the I
Agree button
- Select the certificate type
- Follow the prompts to complete the process
Check Withdrawal:
- Select the account to withdraw from
- Key in the check amount
- A check will be mailed to the address on file in our system
Stop Payment:
- Perform a Check Search to verify that the check has not already cleared your
account using the check search function
- Select your account
- Key in the check number(s) you wish to stop payment on
Scheduled Transfers:
You can schedule a transfer to take place automatically between
share accounts within the same member account number.
- Select the transfer FROM and transfer TO accounts and click submit
- Enter the transfer amount, frequency and start date

BILL PAY
Bill Pay lets you pay all of your bills online, saving you time and money.
Please note that the Bill Pay service will open into a new browser window. Please be sure to enable
or allow pop-ups from www.corningcu.org. For more information on pop-ups, please visit our Technical
Support section.

eSERVICES
eStatements:
Once you enroll for eStatements, you will have immediate access to up to 12 months of your
Monthly Account and Visa statement history.
eAlerts:
eAlerts are emails that you set up to be automatically sent to you
when a specified scenario occurs on your account:
- An NSF has occurred
- An overdraft has occurred
- A deposit has been posted
- Your account balance is under a minimum amount (an amount that you specify)
- A Visa® or Check card purchase was made
- Your minimum loan payment is due
- Your loan balance is over the limit
- A new eAlert is now available
Check Reorders:
Reorder your checks quickly and conveniently online.

ONLINE FORMS
Loan Application:
Apply for your loan securely and conveniently online.
Additional Accounts/Services:
Add new accounts (checking, all purpose,
holiday club, money market) and new services (M.O.M®, D.A.D®
cross member, CU-Extra® Check Card).
Automatic Loan Payment:
Elect to have your Credit Union loans
automatically transferred from your savings, checking or all purpose account on
your payment due date.
Federal Direct Deposit Enrollment:
Enroll for direct deposit of your Federal Benefits online.
IRA Request Form:
Request the documents and disclosures necessary to open an IRA Account.
Microfilm Copy Request:
Request a microfilm copy (front and back) of
paper drafts that cleared your account more than 12 months ago.
Please note that if the copy you are requesting cleared your account
within the last 12 months, you may view an image copy of the paper draft in Home Banking
by clicking on the Account Information tab and selecting Check Search.
Name/Address Change:
Change your name and/or address online.
Please note that if you have member account numbers enrolled in Home Banking,
you can update your address information for those accounts by clicking on the Member
Profile tab.
Stop Payment Order:
Stop payment on a loan draft or stop a pre-authorized payment.
Visa Automatic Payment:
Elect to have your Credit Union Visa payment
automatically transferred from your savings, checking or all purpose account on your
payment due date.

Overview:
- Change your contact information (address, phone numbers, email address)

- Change your D.A.D. access code
