With our points program, you will receive one point for every dollar you spend. Redeem points for travel expenses, including airline tickets, hotel accommodations, car rentals, train fares, cruises, or vacation packages.

- Use the airline, bus or train service, car rental agency, hotel or cruise line of your choice
- Make arrangements at your convenience
- Only 10,000 points are required to redeem
- Accumulated points are valid for up to 5 years
Platinum Points Redemption Process:
- Earn a minimum of 10,000 points
- Make your travel purchases with the provider of your choice by using your CCU Visa Platinum Card
- When your travel purchase appears on your Visa account, simply call us at 607-962-3144 or 800-677-8506 and press 4 followed by the (#) sign to reach our Member Contact Phone Center. We will issue a credit to your Visa account based on the redemption schedule below:

- Redemption amount applied to Visa cannot exceed the total purchase price
- Larger point values may be redeemed - each additional point is worth $.01 (example: points available 40,256 = $402.56)
- Points may be redeemed in any increment
Try our Platinum Points Program FREE for one year. Subsequent years will be charged a low $25 annual fee. There is no fee for the Visa Platinum Card.
