With a touch tone phone, use D.A.D. to:
- Transfer funds between accounts, such as savings and checking
- Transfer funds between member account numbers using Cross Member Transfer*
- Verify deposits and withdrawals
- Verify CU-Extra® and Visa® purchases
- Determine which checks have cleared
- Make loan payments
- Request a check withdrawal
- Obtain loan advances on your line of credit
*Cross Member Transfer
- Allows you to transfer from one member account number to another
- You need to enroll each member account number
- Your name must appear as either the prime or joint member on each account you enroll
Important D.A.D. Reminders
- To cancel a transaction at any time, press the "#" key
- To confirm and process a transaction, press "1"
- To end your session, press "*" if you are using "menu mode" or press "99#" if you are using "expert mode"
- To enter amounts, enter dollars and cents with no decimal point ($75.00 is entered as 7500)
