Call Center Representative

Project Manager

Location: Corning, NY and Wilmington, NC

CCU is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing Project Management Office (PMO). In this role you will be exposed to a wide-variety of cutting edge technologies and interact with seasoned IT professionals in a tightly integrated and cross-functional team.

Essential Duties:

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for working with cross-functional teams to successfully scope, plan, execute, and close corporate projects that support Corning Credit Union’s business objectives. The Project Manager will take ownership of several projects at once, ensuring adequate project plans are in place and working with key management to secure the necessary resources to deliver high-quality projects on-time, on-budget, and in scope.

Marketing Campaign Specialist

Corning Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist. The successful candidate will assist in researching, developing, and implementing targeted marketing campaigns across the digital banking, email, and direct mail channels.

Candidate must be able to analyze member data and identify product and service marketing opportunities, then develop digital ads, emails, and direct mail pieces that get results. Candidate will be responsible for managing one-time communication pieces as well as scheduled, multi-piece targeted campaigns. Tracking and measurement is also an essential part of this role.

Candidate must possess excellent writing skills. Familiarity with email marketing software, experience working with print vendors, an understanding of web analytics, and knowledge of database structure and queries are required. Flexibility, independent motivation, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment also required. Knowledge of graphic design and web content management experience are pluses.

Digital Services Support Specialist

Necessary Skills

Responsibilities

May vary based on skills and experience, but will primarily include:

  • Provides first line team support for phone calls, emails & tickets coming into the Digital Services Support Team.
  • Serves as the next point of escalation and directly assists members with problems accessing and/or using services across CCU’s digital channels.
  • Works closely with the Digital Banking provider to resolve technical issues, bug reports and upcoming release testing.
  • Communicates with member facing areas regarding issues and resolutions related to CCU’s digital channels.
  • Supports the development of team-wide technical literacy by sharing technical experiences and expertise with other credit union team members.
  • Re-creates scenarios in test environments and documents the steps required as part of the troubleshooting and resolution process.

Facilities and Maintenance Administrator

Location: Wilmington, NC

The Facilities and Maintenance Administrator will be responsible for ensuring safe, sound and compliant facilities for our employees, members, and vendors. Individuals should have experience performing common light duty maintenance tasks.

Duties:

  • Must ensure a safe, sound, and OSHA-compliant facility for the organization which includes scheduling regular maintenance, testing and working with vendors
  • Performs light duty facility maintenance tasks which may include: furniture moves, cleaning spills, painting, assembling, minor plumbing repair, and other smaller scale upkeep items as needed
  • Assists the Facilities Manager with oversight of all building systems (HVAC, fire, security, elevators, electric, generators, plumbing)

Skills Required:

  • High level of initiative and flexibility including the ability to work nights and weekends when necessary
  • Able to multi-task and maintain organization when moving from one responsibility to another
  • Has a natural aptitude for mechanical technology and moderate construction and maintenance skills
  • Possesses solid computer skills and is experienced with various Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Able to work with varying personalities to keep workflow moving in a timely fashion
  • 1 – 3 years related experience required
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Mortgage Originator

Location: Wilmington, NC

The NC Mortgage Originator is primarily responsible for assisting our members with their real estate lending needs within our NC branch locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interviews loan applicants and assists members throughout the entire mortgage loan application process. Conducts member education and supports the member in selecting the right product for their needs.
  • Is creative in evaluating and offering alternative options to help qualify members for the loan requested.
  • Maintains strong knowledge regarding all applicable regulations and ensures adherence to Fair Lending requirements.
  • Executes accurate calculations and disclosures.
  • Builds and maintains strong realtor relationships and attends outside events and functions in order to grow the business and secure our reputation as a mortgage leader within the marketplace.
  • Maintains a specialized area of expertise such as; construction, low down payment programs, investment properties, or first-time home buyers.

Qualifications and Education:

  • 3 years of mortgage origination experience
  • Exceptional sales and relationship building skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Excellent judgment and analytical skills with the ability to think outside the box when working with complex lending and member situations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications
  • NMLS registration required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance preferred, commensurate work experience also considered
