Currently, our plans are to slowly and partially open some branch lobbies for teller transactions only, with multiple restrictions and precautions. Those branches with open lobbies will only be open for limited services, and members could experience longer-than-normal wait times due to social distancing measures and restrictions on the number of members inside the building. We continue to strongly encourage members to utilize our ATMs, drive-thrus, and digital banking to limit person-to-person interaction. Our member contact center team is also fully-staffed and ready to help you with account inquiries, transfers, loan applications, and more by phone.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we adjust to meet your needs and ensure the safety of our members and our team.

- Drive-thrus. Withdraw cash at an open CCU branch drive-thru. Find an open drive-thru near you. Please note, our drive-thrus are experiencing a higher-than-normal volume. It may
be helpful to review these drive-thru tips and tricks to make your trip as efficient as possible.
- Debit cards. Need a debit card to use at an ATM? Call us and we’ll get one ordered for you right away.
- Mobile wallet. Load your cards into your phone’s mobile wallet to pay at contactless merchant terminals.
