Nothing is more important to us than serving our members, especially during these uncertain times. Even though we have to be socially-distanced right now, we are still here for you. 

Most of our branch lobbies have now reopened for teller transactions only. For the safety of our members and team, open branch lobbies have multiple restrictions, and members could experience longer-than-normal wait times due to social distancing measures and restrictions on the number of members inside the building. Please note, some branch lobbies are operating with adjusted hours. Even as we re-open, members are encouraged to continue using our ATMs, drive-thrus, and digital banking to limit person-to-person interaction. Our member contact center team is also fully-staffed and ready to help you with account inquiries, transfers, loan applications, and more by phone.

Get Cash

• ATMs. Access a number of convenient, local ATMs, as well as thousands of surcharge-free ATMs across the country. Find an ATM near you.
• Drive-thrus. Withdraw cash at an open CCU branch drive-thru. Find an open drive-thru near you. Please note, our drive-thrus are experiencing a higher-than-normal volume. It may be helpful to review these drive-thru tips and tricks to make your trip as efficient as possible.
• Debit cards. Need a debit card to use at an ATM? Call us and we’ll get one ordered for you right away.
• Mobile wallet. Load your cards into your phone’s mobile wallet to pay at contactless merchant terminals.

• Digital Banking. To have access to your funds quickly, deposit checks using the Mobile Check Deposit widget in our mobile banking app, or online with your computer scanner.
