Corning Credit Union (CCU) is holding a food drive September 4-25 that will benefit the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina. The public is being asked to donate the following non-perishable food items to help local children: soups, peanut butter, jelly, canned tuna and chicken, boxed macaroni and cheese, canned fruits and vegetables, juice boxes and more. Items can be donated at any CCU branch.

"We are pleased to be able to hold this food drive to help people who need a little extra help feeding their families," said Jess Johnson, NC Branch Supervisor at Corning Credit Union. "Together we can help feed the hungry."
