Coronavirus Update - 5/24/2020

As our communities begin to slowly re-open during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we continue to closely monitor what’s happening in each of our locations. We’re also carefully watching for updates to recommendations from our state and local officials and the CDC, which may quickly change some of the following information. 


Currently, our plans are to slowly and partially open some branch lobbies for teller transactions only, with multiple restrictions and precautions to protect our members and team. Those branches with open lobbies will only be open for limited services, and members could experience longer-than-normal wait times due to social distancing measures and restrictions on the number of members inside the building.


We continue to strongly encourage members to utilize our ATMs, drive-thrus, and digital banking to limit person-to-person interaction. Our member contact center team is also fully-staffed and ready to help you with account inquiries, transfers, loan applications, and more by phone. We appreciate your patience as we work through these next steps.

What we’re doing to protect our members and teammates

To help protect our members and teammates during the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, we have instituted several precautions. Here’s what you can expect when visiting a branch with an open lobby:

  • Plexiglass shields installed at all member representative stations
  • Approximately half of our member representative windows will be open
  • Face masks will be required when inside the branch 
  • Social distancing will be required
  • Only limited services will be provided (teller transactions only)
  • Limiting the number of members inside the branch at any one time, which may lead to longer wait times
