Financial Institution Transfer
Move Money Securely
Transfer money to or from your personal CCU checking or savings account to your accounts at other U.S. financial institutions when you use Financial Institution (FI) Transfer via eBranch. You may also transfer money to your CCU loans.
How Does FI Transfer Work?
Once you’ve logged into your eBranch account, hover over Transfers and Deposits in the menu bar and select FI Transfers from the list. Add the financial institution you’d like to transfer money to and from by selecting the “Add Institution” button and providing the details requested. Please enter the routing number for the institution you wish to set up, along with the account number and select the account type (savings or checking).
For your convenience, you can set up one-time or recurring transfers. A minimum of $1.00 is required to make a transfer and daily transfer limits cannot exceed $5,000.
Please Note: to ensure that you are the owner of the account, we will make a micro deposit and withdrawal to the account 2-3 business days following the set up. The transaction amount will be less than a dollar. Once you see the amount of the micro deposit to your account at the other institution, please return to the FI Transfers area within eBranch and select the green gear icon next to the financial institution you are verifying. You will be asked to enter the amount of the deposit that was received in the account at the other financial institution. Once the verification piece is complete, your account has been activated and you can begin transferring money.
