To Report Your Card Lost or Stolen
- If you are experiencing difficulty using your card; to report a lost or stolen Visa® credit card or debit card (CU-Extra®, X-treme, ATM); or to report suspected fraud, please
call 607-962-3144 or 800-677-8506.
- After business hours, listen to the automated menu. Prompts will be given to report a card lost or stolen.
- You can temporarily freeze or disable your card anytime online or in our mobile app. View a brief tutorial to learn how to do this.
